With the new demands by central government to recycle aggregates, tarmac, glass, concrete and even soil, Sheba have reacted by purchasing a new Hartl 503PCV Tracked Impactor. The Hartl is capable of recycling 150T of material per hour with a maximum feed of 1000mm x 500mm.

Being on Tracks this machine not only is easier to transport to and from site and commission but also has the added advantage of following the material around site rather than having to have the material brought to it. Already this machine has been successful in recycling glass, coal and demolition materials. With rates for hire available on daily, weekly and manned or unmanned the flexibility of the machine is complimented by the flexibility of the hire service that can be provided to you.

For clean aggregate recycling the Pegson 1000 Maxtrack cone crusher is ideal. This machine has recently been used by customers such as RMC and Aggregate Industries, to reduce their stockpiles of unsold and waste materials such as 75mm down and 50mm clean materials, to produce a higher priced and more saleable Type 1 material, or even by the use of our tracked screeners, single sized aggregates.

For the recycling of soil, coal etc, Sheba have a range of mobile and tracked screeners available to meet your requirements. Sheba offer either a contract or a hire service for recycling.
